After you submit the information form, our team will contact you to gather the additional details needed to create a personalized schedule for your four legged friend. You will then receive an invoice and payment instructions via email, followed by confirmation that your account has been created and your subscription activated. Putra will then design a personalized schedule for your four legged friend and reach out to you based on it, allowing you to simply enjoy time with your pet.

Based on your information, we create a personalized calendar for your four-legged friend. Schedules for vaccinations and protection against internal and external parasites are determined by age and treatment method, making them fixed dates (based on the last treatment), while you can set the frequency for grooming (fur and nail care) and veterinary visits.

Depending on the plan you choose, Putra offers various communication methods: phone calls, text messages, emails, or messages via WhatsApp or Viber. ‘Reminders’ will be sent one day in advance (so you can plan and prepare for the treatment) as well as on the day of the treatment itself.

If a scheduled treatment for your four-legged friend falls on a weekend or public holiday, you will be notified two days in advance so that the treatment can be carried out on a working day.

When gathering your information, our team gives you the option to designate a second person as a contact; if you are unavailable, simply let us know, and our team will use your designated contact as the primary recipient for Putra reminders.

Putra provides services for dogs, cats, birds, and other small animals such as rabbits and hamsters.

Once your veterinarian has prescribed a medical therapy, you can send us the details of the therapy and your preferred schedule; our team will then contact you twice: 30 minutes beforehand and at the exact time the therapy is due.

When gathering information, our team gives you the option to submit your four-legged friend's existing medical history. After your account is activated, you can send us any new information, and our team will add it to your pet's file. Whenever you need the medical history, simply contact us, and we will email the complete file to you.

Yes, upon your request, Putra can communicate directly with your veterinarian’s office; you simply need to list your veterinarian’s office as an authorized recipient of your information when filling out your details.
